Volunteers and Job Training Programs
ReNew’s volunteer and job-training programs provide marketable skills and other employment opportunities for many individuals. The store and deconstruction operations support the local communities by providing additional local jobs and training opportunities. For example, deconstruction projects may employ 3-6 workers for every one employed in a comparable demolition job.
We accept community service volunteers for many positions and also partner with local agencies to structure and provide job training programs in the deconstruction and retail industries.
