HOLDS
Any item in the store will be held for a period of 2 days with a 25% deposit before full payment is required. A deposit is only refundable as a store credit. Sold items must be removed from the store within 7 days of payment. If no special arrangements are made, items left after these periods may incur storage charges and/or your deposit/payment may be forfeited. This policy is in effect because we are not in the position to store sold items beyond the dates specified above. Delivery for a charge $0.50 /mile and $25/hr round trip may be available. Minimum delivery charge $25.
REFUNDS/WARRANTIES
All products are sold "as is", "where is", and "with all faults". No warranty is made regarding the condition or suitability of any product for its subsequent use. Qualified technicians should inspect and install any gas, electrical, or wood-burning devise. Exceptions to the above must be in writing on the receipt. We will repair, replace or refund within 7 days on defective electrical/gas appliances or power tools, and equal replacement of Local Color paint found to be defective.
